702 talkshow host Redi Tlhabi welcomed a baby girl!

Redi Tlhabi and her husband, Brian, welcomed a baby girl on Wednesday.

Radio 702 was first to break the news of the family's newest addition on Thursday. "Congratulations @RediTlhabi on the birth of your baby," they tweeted.

Twitter was soon flooded with well wishes for the the new mom. Redi expressed her appreciation on the social media platform, "So sorry I cannot respond to each &everyone of you. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for the messages&sharing our joy at Khumo's birth. (sic)".

The radio personality has previously been outspoken about her battle to fall pregnant, opening up about several devastating miscarriages. Speaking to Fair Lady in 2014 she said "I always knew I was supposed to be a mother, so I never gave up hope."

We're just so thrilled for the new parents!
