SKIN BLEACHING haunts me : Mshoza
Mshoza has only one thing to say to recent reports that she lost out on a chance to return to the stage for an upcoming gig amid fears that her lightened face will be unable to withstand the heat. “Really?”
And that reaction does not require your inner Olivia Pope to figure out – goss that she lost on out on an ANC gig because she can’t perform in the heatwave with her now sensitive lightened skin is a thesis at best.
Allegedly, the self proclaimed Queen of Kwaito was warned by her doctors to avoid contact with the sun as excessive exposure might have devastating effects on her famously bleached skin.
But while the Kortes hitmaker once joked that her post-bleach skin runs the risk of melting when exposed to the heat, the latest round of speculation about her skin condition may be as untrue as it sounds.
Mshoza famously fessed up to using skin lightening treatments to improve her physical appearance, sparking outrage and controversy. Since then, she has been in and out of the papers shutting down some of the most bizarre stories about her bleached skin.
