Mzansi starlet Minnie Dlamini to host the 2016 Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards #AMVCA

Dlamini will play co-host alongside Nigerian radio and TV personality IK Osakioduwa, who is returning to host the awards for an impressive fourth time.

The 4th edition of the AMVCAs, to be broadcast live across the African continent on DSTV's Africa Magic channel, will takes place on 5 March. The nomination list, with 26 categories, was released on 11 December last year and public voting closes on 26 February.

"I am very excited to be on the biggest platform for celebrating talent in Africa. The AMVCAs recognise and celebrate film and television talent across Africa, and as a proud African, I am truly delighted to play a role in this celebration," Dlamini said in a statement.

For the past week or so, Dlamini has been in Nigeria where she is said to have been shooting two magazine covers and promo art for the awards show
